HB0429 Rep. Bell / SB0422 Sen. Bunch This bill separates home schoolers into two categories, those who chose to register with their local superintendent of schools and those who chose to register with a church related school's umbrella program. If a child is registered with their local superintendent, passage of this bill would authorize that student to participate on sports teams in the school that student would attend if they did enroll in a public school. |
